Holy cow! It's been a long time! Well lots is new in the world of Charlie! She says Mama, Dada, and sometimes Uh-oh! Walking is right around the corner. For the time being she loves to push her toy baskets around the house (she likes this much more than her pink walker). We went swimming for the 1st time last week and she couldn't have been happier in the water! We are so excited for the big birthday bash at Grandma and Grandpa's house on Oct 24Th! Cookie monster will be everywhere! She will love this! We miss everyone so much and can't wait to get home!

Well as Edith would say...oh boy! Charlie is 3 months! We can't believe it! She has started on rice cereal (just 2 times) the second one she wasn't screaming which was quite helpful.... We have been really busy with being back to work and Chris being here. Its been hard for me not being with her the past couple of weeks. I feel like everytime I come home she look bigger and is doing something new and cute. We went to the Walkers for the inaguration. I was wonderful even Charlie was moved.. Well not really but we took some pictures for her to have when she grows up she can show her kids that she was just 7 days old when Barack Obama was elected! Ok here are some new pics! We miss everyone!

We've had a long week! But it is great to be in the swing of things. Charlie seems like she grew over night! Tonight right before bath she picked up her toy all by her self! We are pretty sure she is the smartest baby ever! She LOVES Chris!!!! Always laughing at him! We are all so greatful that he is here....

We had such a wonderful Christmas! Charlie got amazing gifts from everyone, thank you so much!~ We are back in Evanston now and are loving having Uncle Chris here to help out and be Charlie's full time manny. I am going back to work full time starting this Saturday so Chris will start being alone with Charlie on Monday... We have had really busy days since we've been home and are needing to catch up on sleep... This is hard because Chris just got season 3 of It's always sunny in Philadelphia! Love it! Tomorrow is New Years Eve and were having people over for Charlie's 1st New Years party! She's so excited! Miss everyone Talk to ya soon!

We got in to MN last night about 3:00am. Charlie was wonderful on the way her she only got fussy at the very end.... Tommie was louder than Charlie was! We are at uncle Shaun and Andy's house last night and today... Hopefully Charlie will be pretty quiet while we are here and let everyone sleep! Ok talk to ya soon!

Hello! Its Thursday! We get to leave soon! We are all so excited! So whats new with Charlie... She has been doing this evil giggle thing, it's adorable...Smiling a ton now! Everytime she wakes up we get a huge smile out of her. Today we go to work again with no Allie help (Allie is my reciptionist who has been taking care of Charlie when I am cutting) so I am kinda nervous about that. First we are going shopping for some last minute Christmas gifts its going to be a long day! Tommie isn't feeling well so I think he will be glad to se us go. Have a scrumtrulesent day everyone!~

7 Weeks!

Yahoo Charlie is 7 weeks today! She did great at auntie Jen's last night. It was so nice of Jen and the boys to take her so we could go tanning (LOL, I know)... Charlie slept for 6.5 hrs. last night. And this morning she giggled at me when she was looking at me upside down! Were thrilled! She's all packed for the trip to Minnesota. Were leaving about 8am Saturday morning and we will stay at Uncle Shauns the 1st night (get ready boys!)...Then to Grandma & Grandpa Sexton's until Christmas day then to Auntie Stacy's house for the rest of the trip! We can't wait to see everyone! Thats all for now! Have a wonderful day!

Hello everyone in blogland! I decided to start a webpage for Charlie Kay... Mostly so her family back in MN can see her grow and hear about all the new things she is doing everyday... So here is the 1st day. Charlie will be 7 weeks tomorrow! She started rolling over at about 4 weeks. She gives us pretty big smiles now (there kind of sleepy smiles but smiles non the less). I started work again last week Charlie has been coming with me 4 nights a week and for the most part she's been pretty good. We had a bad day on Thursday when Daddy had to leave work early to come and get her due to the fact she would not stop screaming and was starting to scare the other children. Tonight Charlie will go to Jen's for a couple of hours it's the 2nd time she has been with someone other than us... The 1st being when she spent the night and Grandma and Grandpa Sextons. Well thats all for now I will try to write when I can.
